Each item from Daily Devotional Store is specially made to order just for you!

With that said, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the package delivery date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email contact@dailydevotionalstore.com to initiate your return.

Daily Devotional Store does not cover return shipping costs.

Please ONLY USE THIS ADDRESS FOR RETURNS. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to this address will be returned to the sender. 

In the return package, please include your name, address, Daily Devotional Store order number, email address, and a note indicating the product(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We want to ensure that you get your desired item. The fastest way to ensure that you get your desired item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
